Except as expressly authorised by us or relevant third parties, you agree not to copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of any content of the site, in whole or part.

Data protection.

We comply fully with all relevant data protection and consumer regulation and treat all personal information as fully confidential.

By purchasing from Paula of the full Palette, we will automatically upload your name and email onto our secure newsletter system. We never share or sell your information to anyone. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Orders.

Orders will be charged to your account via paypal, who will handle your payment on dispatch of goods. If paypal do not authorise payment, your order will be cancelled, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refunds & Returns.

All our customers have the right to cancel their order even if the goods are not damaged.

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you intend to cancel. You have 14 days to return goods once signed for.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same method used to make the payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change your order at any time during the processing stage which is before you receive your despatched notification email and request a full refund.
